Metra is a famous commuter rail agency serving several counties in the Chicago area. It was established in 1984 and is partially funded by public organizations. At present time, it services more than 239 stations on 11 lines. All Metra trains allow smoking, food and alcohol. Animals are prohibited expect for those assisting the disabled.
