Metra - Online form is buggy
Trying to sign up for the online account to buy tickets. I have entered my info 5 times! But it won't go through. Can't get a real person to talk to.
2019 is off to a bad start on Metra (as usual). So far, I have commuted to work and back on 6 days and have been late on 4 of those days! A total of 5 train delays out of 12 one-way trips back and forth to work. That's an on-time percentage of only 58%. It's outrageous...Read more

- Metra does not improve service yet fares just keep going up
- No refunds are given when they are late
- Metra does not take responsibility for its failures

Metra - Not nice
The ticket guy was not nice or friendly at all. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I was inconveniencing him while trying to find my wallet.
