Metra - Rock Island is awful

All throughout this winter the Rock Island's performance has been terrible. Constant delays with little communication from conductors. A 2 hour delay was the low point on February 6th. Does anyone hold Metra accountable? Metra is the epitome of Illinois, an institution quickly eroding.

Paying multiple days in advance should not be an option if there are no consequences for people parking in another communter's advanced paid slot. If I don't pay the consequence is a ticket, however, if someone parks in my paid spot they just received a "free" park?...

Metra - Terrible reliability

Express Train delayed half hour, only to skip our station entirely. Arrived at union station 1 hour 20 minutes late. Conductor dod nkt care, made passengers pay full fare. BNSF has highest profits of any line but worst on time performance.

Metra - Rock Island 2 hour delays morning of 2-6-18

Nearly 2 hour delay on rock island main line inbound into lasalle street station - morning commute Why were there no updates on status of our train for nearly 2 hours?? Delays happen. We get it. But no communication to passengers stuck on the train? Every Metra employee should be embarrassed about the lack of customer service.
