My best friend and I were traveling on the metra the day before my birthday and as the conductor came to check tickets, he was very rude about telling us that the train was full and we had to move our belongings. I feel like if your job or career involves dealing with the public a person should act accordingly.

There was no reason for the conductor to approach us the way he did but how his attitude is Iโ€™m pretty sure he wonโ€™t be in customer service for long and if he has been I am very surprised. This was may 14th, the 4:35 pm train.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
