I was heading back to Lake Forest from work at Lake Bluff on June 4th, 2012. I got on the 5:21pm train and my my ticket was soon checked.
When I got off at Lake Forest, a conductor who was not even on duty yet, was getting on the train, stopped me, asked to see my ticket and didn't believe that I had already paid for my ticket. He forced me into buying a new one right there and was being a complete *** about it. He was old, tall, white, was wearing shades, and had a moustache. He was extremely rude and it was behavior that was uncalled for.
A conductor not on duty has no right to molest a customer like that, or any conductor for that matter. I hope action is taken against him.
